Dear team,

The extended meeting of Wikimedia Nepal has discussed in various 3 agenda today.

Agenda 1 By-laws of Wikimedia Nepal.

The by-laws drafted and published in wiki by the previous ad-hoc committee was discussed and finalized.

Agenda-2

Reformation of Wikimedia Nepal

The meeting has formed a new committee today. This committee has replaced the previous committee formed on 17th June, 2010.

The New Committee is as follows.

• Ganesh K. Paudel- President
• Hempal Shrestha- Vice President
• Saroj Dhakal- Secretary General
• Promisha Mishra- Treasurer
• Indiver Badal- Member
• Krish Dulal- Member
• Nirmal Dulal- Member
• Mahalaxmi Silwal- Member
• Srijana Timsina- Member

Agenda-3 11th Anniversary of Nepali Wikipedia

The meeting has given all responsibility to the new committee to organize the event.

Agenda-4 Forth-coming Programs

The meeting has given all responsibility to the new committee to plan and execute the forthcoming programs.
