You can check the version of neologism in the modules admin page at
http://example.com/admin/build/modules (or you can run 'drush pm-info
neologism'). The latest version is currently 6.x-0.5.2
Neologism itself will not warn you if you are not running the latest
version, but you can rely on Drupal's built in update module to tell when
you core is outdated. It is not guaranteed that a new version of Neologism
will be available with the latest core version, but you could attempt to
update Drupal core yourself following the instructions inside UPGRADE.txt.
