Our current version is 1.4.1 and would like to upgrade to the latest (1.8)
Can we do it one go ?
Whats the best way?

Michael this doesn't say anything about upgrading to 1.8; how do I upgrade from 1.7 -> to 1.8?

Joshua,

as there was no store format change between 1.7 and 1.8 so you can just start the new version on your store.
