High Availability JMX Bean Missing

I'm setting up a High Availability cluster on 3 windows servers. I
followed the instructions here very closely:
http://docs.neo4j.org/chunked/stable/ha-setup-tutorial.html

I started the coordinator services and neo4j servers with no problems.

But, when I try to go to the HA config page, it's not there.
http://localhost:7474/webadmin/#/info/org.neo4j/High%20Availability/

Error = "Unable to locate any info for the specified JMX bean."

I also logged into jconsole and there is nothing in Kerna#0 named
"High Availabiltiy"

Any ideas?

Never mind. Turns out I forgot to uncomment this line in neo4j-
server.properties.
org.neo4j.server.database.mode=HA
