I'm planning to work on a Sinatra/RoR + Neo4j/Titan application for Rails
Rumble. Very much willing to play around with some Open Data (OSM, most
likely).

Might try to refine two of my gems by then:
1. activerecord-neo4j-adapter<https://github.com/yournextleap/activerecord-neo4j-adapter>
(currently
supports Rails 3.0.9 only)
2. rexster-ruby <https://github.com/mavenik/rexster-ruby> (in it's initial
phase)

Give me a shout if this sounds exciting!

Nikhil,
yes, upgrading the Neo4j Rails Adapter would be supercool! Good luck
with the Rumble, and let us know what comes out of that.

Cheers,
