Hi all,

One of the weaknesses of this first release of the Assimilation Monitoring Project, is the lack of good ways to get the data out of the database. Since it's really intended to be a demonstration of the technology involved, that wasn't my first concern.

But if you can't see the data, it's kind of hard to see what's possible. So, I created a few useful Cypher queries to show how to get some of the data out of the database -- and added them to the Assimilation Getting Started guide.

Here are the queries I've written up so far:

    Retrieve The List of Servers
Retrieve The List of Down Servers
Retrieve The List of Gracefully Shut Down Servers
Retrieve The List of Crashed Servers
Return which server NICs are connected to which switch NICs

You can find these queries here:
http://linux-ha.org/source-doc/assimilation/html/_getting_started.html#CoolCypherQueries

I'm still planning (God willing and the creek don't rise) on putting out RC1 on Sunday (my time zone).
