py2neo: Why is create_relationship_from different from create_relationship_to?

The last two arguments to create_relationship_from are *args, **kwargs -
but the last argument to create_relationship_to is properties (which
defaults to None).
Why are these asymmetric?

For no reason other than I wrote them at different times and was a bit sloppy! I shall have a word with myself and sort it out after my holiday :-)
