Sorry, the script uses lsof to determine if there is already a neo4j process running on that port.
Seems to be incompatible between linux versions :(
Can you raise an issue with this o github.com/neo4j/community/issues ?
Until then you can perhaps help yourself by starting bin/neo4j console
or commenting out the check?
