Can't add Neo4j addon through Heroku

Suddenly I can't add the Neo4j addon through Heroku:

$ heroku addons:add neo4j

-----> Adding neo4j to yobistore-web... failed

 !    Could not create resource with vendor, please try again later

Didn't know where I could report this, so I posted it here.

the addon is now out of beta, so make sure you have verified your
account with payment info (although it will not cost you anything at
this time).

I've verified my Heroku account with payment info but it still doesn't work.

I created a new account on Heroku, verified it and tried to add the Neo4j addon but with the same error.

This is beginning to be crucial since I can't resume coding my app.

Could someone help to get what is going on?

Perhaps it has something to do with your switch out of beta?

Btw, it still shows it's beta in Heroku addons page.

should work again. It was a misconfiguration that happened with the 1.6 update.

I'm still seeing this issue on Heroku -- verified account and trying to add neo4j to my app:

$ heroku addons:add neo4j

The problem has just occured again. => "could not communicate with vendor" while adding Neo4J add-on

I just signal it  ;)

I would add that I just clicked on the "Clean Database" button of the Neo4j addon, and I've ended up with a huge numbers of cleaning operation pending, avoiding me to use my graph.

Operation Pending (clean /2484)

Might be linked to the problem of communication to vendor ...

I've already sent a ticket to Heroku Support about 6 hours ago.

When you say that you push it, what are you pushing exactly ? Some things relative to the add-on ?

Hi Michael,

I've just tested and the error still occurs.

Therefore, what I've just done is to delete the whole app and recreate it (new dyno) and now that works.

Surely this issue is caused some inconsistency in my previous same app...
