The public trial-size plan will have the same capacity as the current public data, which is configured for minimal cache and modest disk usage. During the beta, we're only stepping in to address what appear to be "trying to import all of Facebook" misuses of the plan. It's just meant to try things out.

For moving into actual production, we do offer pre-launch access to larger plans. Please contact me off-list if you're interested.

The launch is planned to follow the 1.8GA release of Neo4j. Please note that the initial plans will be fully featured Neo4j databases, with varying cache, disk-space and backup plans, but will not support custom plugins because they will be running on shared hosts.

Cheers,
Andreas

What options would I have if I exceeded the limitations?

Thanks a lot

Hi Andreas,

I'm interested in production plans for heroku.

What's the best way to contact you?

Thanks,

Louis
