Tesla Coil Heat Sink - Export 3ds to IGES

Hey does anyone have pro/e or any other decent 3d modeling software?
Could you export this 3ds file to IGES with NO SURFACES? This is a
heat-sink for a tesla coil that a friend of mine is going to CNC for
me... but he needs an IGES file with no surfaces and all I can produce
is this 3ds file.

I don't but I know they have AutoCad and maybe some other modeling software in the FabLab at LCCC.

Oh it's all in pieces right now, we're trying to get things together
for a mini european tour in june. We're also aiming to do a show at
Case, I'll be sure to spread the word once that's scheduled.
