NemerleStudio Binary Install

I do not have access to Visual Studio Standard. Is there a Binary
install available of NemerleStudio with the latest CTP?

Yes It installs NemerleStudio as well

NemerleSetup-2008Dec-8198.msi does? Where is the executable for
NemerleStudio?

Try installing in Advanced mode. Then it should appear in StartMenu
options in NemerleCTP. I am not positive though. I have VSTS well.

Ok. I forgot that the Isolated Mode Redistributable is a file to
install the installation program for the VS Shell. This sort of makes
sense if a vendor is distributing the Shell to third parties, but is
a little confusing if you just want to install the Shell after
downloading the Isolated Mode Redistributable from Microsoft.
