Nuget package should include:

Additional packages, like PowerPack? It have strong dependency to nemerle runtime version.
Runtime? Can not be used by other version of compiler.
Runtime+compiler? It will be strange behavior with other version of VS integration.
Runtime+compiler+intergtaion? It is not nuget package but chocolatey. Did you mean alternative to msi?

You have a project that depends on nemerle compiler and additoinal libraries.
Instead of installing whole Nemerle into system you can just add package and then Nemerle compiler will be automatically downloaded.
Also packages for Nemerle libraries.

You are right, but I meant more about using Nemerle as binary package.
Everything is bound to concrete version but it is not a problem since all packages will use same runtime version.
