Working independently, creates the site design through the design
development and contract document phases of the project.
Conducts site analysis, building operation, vehicular and
pedestrian circulation, site grading, storm drainage and
planting design. May meet with client representatives and
participates in reviews with various utilities and governing
agencies for code compliance. Conducts design development and
contract document work sessions at project site. Responsible for
preparing and reviewing documents for all areas of conflict with
all disciplines, writing and editing site design specifications,
selecting landscape and paving materials. Provides contract

Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited
institution. <br>0-2 years experience with Cadd and GIS

design. <br>Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop
and Illustrator.<br>
