I find the fonts of the interface to be too small. I can't find anything
in preferences or view that would change them. Does anyone know how to
make the font larger? I am talking about the user interface, not the
output/product.

Thanks for any advice.

Romola:

In the Flash IDE, you can set the font size in Actionscript section of the Preferences dialog, which is loaded by selecting Edit -> Preferences.  In the Flex IDE, open the Preferences dialog by selecting Window->Preferences and select General->Appearance->Colors and Fonts.

Hi Ben,
Thanks. I had seen that, and have now modified the font size. What I
would really like to change are the fonts of the main menu and other
property labels, etc. I have the dpi for my system set fairly large, and
have modified other settings on my system for my eyes, but I would like
to modify these CS4 settings if possible.
Regards.

Thanks Ben,
I see the computer just fine, including any decent software that offers
preferences that can be adjusted. If I zoom in on my whole computer I
will need to buy a gigantic monitor, etc ...

I am trying to find out whether Adobe designs tools just for 25 year
olds or not. The worst interface designs I have seen have been done by
people with no awareness of differences between users. Hopefully, we may
hear from others who might know of a way to address this.
Regards.
