Site needed

Hi all,

I have an inquiry from a potential client, but I'm too busy to take on her project right now. She does "psychic intuitive counseling and channeling," and she describes her needs: "first time web site. been in practice for 13 years and now expanding.  want the site to say the things I say over and over to potential clients." She's open to the idea of a content management system, but says she doesn't foresee needing frequent updates. She doesn't have a set budget in mind, but I'm guessing that it wouldn't be a huge one.
