Reporter Kevin Hogan mentions other projects that the state seems to
think are more important. One of the ones he mentions is an Aetna
Viaduct in Hartford. Even I haven't heard of that one.

Never mind. I checked up and I see what viaduct they're talking about.
It's a 3/5 mile stretch of I-84/US 6 in Hartford that's elevated
between Exits 48 (Asylum Avenue) and 46 (Sisson Avenue).
