What good camera stores in and around Boston have a good selection of tripods?
I'm particularly looking tripods for spotting scopes. They have to be sturdy,
not flimsy but not overkill. Because of my specific needs I'd like a good
selection so I can test them at the store before I buy. Any pointers would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try Hunt's in Melrose. Big selection, good prices. Also you
might try Crimson in Cambridge (Vassar St.). They're photo selection
is not as large, but they also sell video tripods.
