b. At Zoe's this dish is scallops breaded and fried with chopped onion
(sweet onion, I think), in a red-pepper-flake sweet/spicy sauce. The
larger scallops come out delicious, the smaller ones lose some of their
flavor in the frying but are still very tasty. I could stand a little
less onion and a little more of something else instead.
