Cal Tournament, 18 Feb

Dear All,

So I just checked out the prereg for the 18 Feb tournament at Cal.  I have one thing to say:

"Seriously?"

Officers of the NCIFL, I urge you to remind your members there is a tournament and that they should prereg early so UCB can best determine how many officers they need to pay and feed, and encourage everyone to attend so as to have a giant tournament with a great time for all!!

Additionally, I would ask Berkeley to add some more detail to the FRED listing.  Not everyone has done this a dozen times the way most officers have--let's provide full, complete information for everyone when you have a moment. (I feel start of event times to be particularly important here.)
