The photo gallery is at
http://nc-coinop.org/gallery

It is free for any member to use. Simply email me directly
(br...@nc-coinop.org) telling me you are going to register and tell me
what username you are going to use. It would be helpful if you used a
username that is your real name so it will make it easier to tell who
is who in the albums. Once you have emailed me, go to
http://nc-coinop.org/gallery
and register. It will send me an email and I will approve you. Once you
are approved, it will create an album for you under the members album:
http://nc-coinop.org/gallery/v/members/
Then you can manage your album on your own.

I created a Gameroom gallery too:
http://nc-coinop.org/gallery/v/gamerooms/
Send me (via email or send me a URL) the best picture of your gameroom
and we'll post it in the gallery

I'd also like to create a photo gallery with headshots of the members
(especially the ones that attend the WS auctions) so we can recognize
each other. if you want to be included in that, send me a pic.

Some photo gallery rules:
1) Please only upload arcade-related pictures. Pictures of your games,
your gameroom, parts, etc. are fine. If I find you uploading non-arcade
stuff I will warn you about it and ask you to remove it. If it becomes
a habit I will delete your album and you will not get another. Please
don't abuse this - I'm not making money on this, I did this as a
service to all of us.

2) resize your images to be no larger than 640x480. That is plenty big
to show on the web. If you have larger sizes, keep htem for yourself on
your home computer and upload resized versions for the gallery.

3) I have limited space for this, so don't upload those 1,000 arcade
pictures that you have had for 10 years. Put your current
games/gameroom.

If we get enough people to donate money for this, we can upgrade and
relax some of the restrictions, but for now these are the rules. I'd
like to setup a donation link and use the money to either buy more
space for all of this so everyone can upload as much as they want or we
could use the money to pay for food and drinks when/if we host
get-togethers.

If you have any questions, ask me.
Brian

PS: Also, if anyone wants an @nc-coinop.org email address that forwards
all mail to your home email account let me know and I'll set it up - we
get unlimited email addresses.

Ok, a couple things: Use any username you want, but please fill in your
Full Name correctly when you register. It will create an album
automatically with your Full Name

You don't have to email me to tell me you registered as long as you use
your email address that you registered with for Google Groups. I can
look it up to make sure you are a member and trusted. if you want to
register with a different email, then email me so I know who you are.
And you don't have ot give me your password ot the gallery.

Just downloaded a few pictures. Wish I could put them in the order I
would like for the slide show, but I love the site!

you can change the order of the pictures in each album - choose "Move
Photo" and you can rearrange them
