anyone have a crt rejuvenator?

So I've got a WG 7400 chassis on my 19" tube and the picture's kind of
fuzzy. I did a full cap kit and replaced the flyback transformer
yesterday. The flyback helped some but the picture is still not crisp.
I think the only thing left to try is rejuvenating the tube or
replacing it. For the price of a rejuvenator I could just about buy a
new monitor so does anyone have a rejuvenator that I could pay them to
use? I tried calling some tv repair places and they either didn't have
one or didn't know what a rejuvenator was. Or does anyone have a good
tube that I could get instead?

Let me know if you find anyone close to Charlotte who services these.
I have a couple of tubes that could use a hit from a rejuvenator.
