  <title type="text">FREE: WG 13K7886 monitor - nonworking</title>

  I&#39;ve got a 13&amp;quot; color CGA monitor in decent shape and no burn-in, &lt;br&gt; except that it doesn&#39;t work. When I power it up, it just shows a flat &lt;br&gt; horizontal white line. After turning it off and discharging the tube, &lt;br&gt; I hear no crackle. So there is likely some problem between the input &lt;br&gt; power and the flyback and I just don&#39;t have time to diagnose/fix it.

  I felt it was better than last month, or at least more items I &lt;br&gt; wanted. We came back with 4 cabs, one was on dead row but the CRT is &lt;br&gt; all I wanted(and it works). I did not catch much price-wise, but I &lt;br&gt; know a MvC2 went for $225.
