当获取一个实体后，进行了某几个字段的修改，怎么样才可以只提交更改字段的更新．
如果是全部更新不必要，如：日志表中有类别，内容，如果只修改类别，就不需要提交内容
的修改．

正常情况下，保存一个实体时，只有修改过的字段会被包含进sql语句执行更新的。你可以通过Gateway.SetSqlLogger()设置sql
logger来跟踪实际的sql。
