Diet plan to reduce belly fat works in two phases, the first phase is
called as ‘Anti Bloat Jumpstart’, which is a diet plan for four days
to expel the gas and acidity, which is caused by the intake of heavy
solid foods and the intake of excess fluids. In this diet plan, one
should follow the exact recommended diet that should be taken four
times per day, not exceeding 1200 calories per day, as per the advice
of dieticians.

The second phase of the diet plan to reduce the size of belly is known
as ‘Four Week eating plan’. This plan allows flexible menu in the
diet, and the consumption of meals in small quantities four times not
exceeding 1600 calories per day. The olives and almonds that contain
monounsaturated fats should be included in the diet. In this plan,
foods enriched with MUFAs are recommended by the nutritionists. Soya
beans, sesames, canola, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, pea nuts, walnuts,
pistachios, pine nuts, almonds, are some of the food items which are
good source of MUFAs, should be included in this diet plan along with
