Job Summary:

Candidates should be hands-on leaders with experience delivering
projects in a small team environment. Ideal candidate are those that
would flourish in fast, interactive development environments.


Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for an existing LAMP
enterprise application. Duties will include supporting the existing
codebase as well as making modifications as required to support the
business. The selected candidate will work closely with the web team
to maintain existing application functionality and improve upon it.
Knowledge transfer from the existing team member will be a critical
success factor for this candidate.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience in RedHat environment
• 3+ years of experience with LAMP based web applications
• Experience with web services primarily SOAP
• Proficient with MySQL schema design and querying
• Proficient in Linux environments and shell programming
• Programming in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Postfix mail Server is a plus
• Experience manipulating DNS Servers a plus
• Experience interacting with GIT and Subversion
• QA testing on both Apple and Windows environments
• Experience with large app deployments (multiple servers, load
balancing, etc.)
• CSS/JavaScript proficiency
