But Cooper ads that violators couldn't face criminal charges if the landlord
doesn't post signs.
The building manager tried before Cooper issued his opinion. The property
owners told her that she was out of bounds. The district manager has a
carry permit herself. All the building manager could do was scan my carry
permit and place the copy in my folder.
They would have to modify upwards of 400 leases, post signs at all ground
floor entrances of 2 buildings and fight grandfathering provisions.
