This site is dedicated to people who live and work in District 17. To subscribe, click on Apply for a Group Membership on the right. Your online identiy must include your first and last names and the name of your street (or the abbreviated name of the neighborhood association to which you pay dues). Also, please give your phone number - for our eyes only. If you don’t live or work in the district, also tell us why you are interested. It's OK if it is for business, political or networking reasons, but  please only post items of unique or specific interest to District 17 neighbors. This forum is complimentary to our district's “Second Saturday” breakfast forums; that is, very fair, courteous, informative, non-confrontational,  non-partisan and open to the public. Reports of crimes, suspicious activities and codes violations must be impersonal. Only those who identify themselves to readers may join and post messages.
