Problems with installation of narro - Problema con instalacion de Narro

I have installed Narro in XAMPP but can not get it to work, http://localhost/narro
return a blank page and this URL

So far I haven't heard success stories about installing Narro on
Windows. I didn't test it on Windows since Narro is meant to be
installed on a server and php Windows installations are by default a bit
restricted, for example extensions are usually disabled. If you get a
blank page, that's a fatal error. Either locate php.ini and set display
errors to on/true or look in the apache log to find the error.

and question:
i install it (0.9.4) on my localhost and my Georgian localization
works fine
installation on server (0.9.5 from svn) works fine also. The problem
is localization.
Nothing appears on Georgian - any clues?

Where did you install it? Linux, Windows, Shared Hosting ?

ok. solved - .mo file is need instead of .po as mentioned in
application.inc.php
