I cloned the repository and attempted to build. The build fails because
updater.exe does not exist in NAppUpdater.Framework Resources and I can't
built the updater either because it depends on the Framework.

Only issue I have now is this line in WpfSampleApp/UpdateWindow.xaml.cs

            System.IO.Stream iconStream = _updateManager.IconStream;

fails to compile

Something is still broken in the build process, I need to find a better way
of handling this dependency hell

Will look at it after the current dev cycle

Yes, I made some changes and didn't update all the samples yet.

IconStream is not available anymore, so this line can be removed.

I still cant build NAppUpdater.Framework. :( it's looking for updater.exe
but i can build updater.exe because there's not NAppUpdater.Framework.dll
yet. it's a chicken or the egg problem.

Just put an empty file under that name and do a rebuild twice
