nanoc 2.0.4 is out

Hi all,

nanoc 2.0.4 is out. This release fixes an issue related to
html_escape. It also updates the Haml filter and layout processor so
you can use the @page, @pages and @config instance variables instead
of local variables, which should make Haml a lot easier to use now.

You can upgrade nanoc by issuing "sudo gem update nanoc". It may take
a while before the RubyGems mirrors are up to date, so updating nanoc
might not work at this moment yet. Enjoy!
