Pho 0.5

Hi,

I've just released the latest version of Pho, a Ruby client for the Talis Platform.

The 0.5 release is now dependent on the Redland Ruby bindings so you'll need to install the Redland packages before installing or updating. The dependency provides for RDF/XML parsing support, so the primary dependency is on the RDF parsing code.

Main items of note:

* Initial support for FileManagement to allow better submission and management of code in the ContentBox
* Initial support for Changesets, allowing for updates to data in the Metabox.
* New Pho::Sparql package providing a standalone Sparql client and helper classes
* New Pho::Enrichment package providing support for merging data across Platform stores or against external SPARQL endpoints
* General bug fixes and improvements to API coverage
