* Queries panel (left-bottom) has been redesigned
* It's now possible to DELETE YOUR OWN ROWS! WOW!
* It's now possible to turn the auto update off
* Feature: player renaming
* Row renaming now costs 1000 fuel instead of 100? or was it 1000
before that?

There should be a warning message before deleting ones own row. For
example in phpmyadmin there is a warning message when deleting fields
in a table or trying to empty a table.

It would be be useful if the user interface was changed to have units
next to scanning. (scanning and units are probably the most often used
tabs.

The refreshing is a large improvement over the previous version where
the refreshing got annoying [even with auto update on]

theres a bug on shard one.
i confirm the update and it goes through the refresh cycle and it
continues to ask me if i want to confirm the update
and i think i just sat here for like 5 mins doing it to see if it
would stop.
but my account on shard five went through nicely

Oooh, that bites. I can't think of any way that could happen. What's
going on behind the scenes is that dashboard.html has
dashboard_version = 5, and then your queries list checks if
dashboard_version is < 5 and if not, refreshes the page. But it was
doing exactly the same thing an hour ago with 4, so I can't see how it
would have stopped working.

Try just manually refreshing the page? Re-opening your browser?
Logging out and back in? Maybe some javascript guru can think of what
this might be ...

WARNING: DELETING YOUR A ROW DOES **NOT** LOWER THE COST OF NEW ROWS!!
(This is bullshit btw, please change this! Deleting a row should lower
the cost of your next row)

Yep, that's pretty much the list. :) I repriced row renaming for
esthetic reasons -- 100 was just too ridiculous next to 100,000 for
player, which has to be expensive.

Oh oops, that cost is only calculated once every five minutes -- I'll
hafta wipe the cache on row delete. Anyway, pls try again in an
average of 2.5 minutes.

There really should be something in place to stop people form
accidentally their row, like a simple math equation.

Reminds me of

"I accidentally 93MB of .rar files

what should I do...is this dangerous ?"

Oh my... I dare not to try, but If I accidentaly click on Go next
DELETE FROM rows query, will it delete my row without a warning? Can I
have someone write a JS bookmarklet to remove that from my UI?

It would be nice if the user is required to type DELETE as a parameter
for the delete option in order to delete their row.

So does deleting one of my rows lower the price? By how much? Anyone
know?

Since the update I've been having a real laggy experience here. Tried
restarting my browser and that didn't work. Also checked other web
pages and they loaded fine. Anyone else having problems?

Can someone add an option to display all rows in order (but still by
default select your home row)

Must have just been a lot of people on, seems to work fine now.

Ugh, yeah I really should reread my posts before I submit them.

I like the old style (without the links)
I do like the new features.

What happens to all of your attackers and defenders if you delete your
row?
And does it or does it not lower your row purchase price.
I created a row out of desperation before the kill row feature, some
400 rows away from my home, really just a pointless outpost now.
My next row will cost me 10+mil... Can someone let me know when there
will be a sale?

They disappear. Transfer all the attackers, money and fuel you can
afford to other rows, your defenders are composted into row mulch.

> And does it or does it not lower your row purchase price.

It does (I've done it). But when you click delete, the cost of your
next row creator doesn't change immediately, you have to wait a few
minutes. Then it will go back down one notch. So if you're looking
at buying a 14th row for 10,379,708, then deleting one will change the
price of a row creator to 6,919,805.

Row prices: http://mysqlgame.com/wiki/index.php/Costs#Row_Creators
Call me biased, but I like the look of my cost chart better:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=p-aA6NyV05KQ0WHNjfX6YPg&hl=en
just need to find enough time to get all its data into the wiki and
formatted neatly.
