Something like this would be quite good but I would definitely prefer to
have it in the form of Google Toolbar Gadget as I have the toolbar
permanently docked on the right hand side of my screen so the gadgets are
permanently on view. The MLO gadget would fit nicely on there and would
always be visible.

 +1 +1 +1!
This has always been a frustration for me - mainly since Outlook
always uses a future date, e.g. 2/1 results in 2/1/2010. I can't
understand why MLO would choose a past date when giving a future month
+day without a year.

I've given up for similar reasons...too buggy. And slow. I do have
my Outlook sync/MLO working well, just not the Toodledo sync.
I'm going to try The Missing Sync for Android which will have task
sync at some point in the future that should be pretty powerful. But
it's not there yet.
Lisa
----------

Generally in MLO, when you enter a partial date/time, it always defaults to
the nearest date/time that matches what you have entered in the future.
Thus if I enter 10am and it is 11am, it defaults to 10am tomorrow.

However, it doesn't do this if you enter day/month. For example, I have
just entered 2/1 (ie 2nd Jan) and it has defaulted to 2/1/09 rather than

The first thing which makes MLO so useful for me is the fundamental
tree structure. Being able to add sub tasks to main tasks and sub
tasks
to sub tasks really helps not only organisation but also helps to
sharpen my thinking.
In addition, many of the features which have already been mentioned
here
make MLO just an excellent product: simplicity, task notes, back-up,

 Hi everyone~!
I started using MLO about 1 month ago. As a trial user, I am looking
for a tree-like list manager to implement GTD. Previously, I am using
another freeware which serves me good but then, I needed more and
decided to give MLO a try.
This is not the first time i stumble upon MLO. I've seen and tried

I like the SIMPLICITY of MLO....
I've used several programs for organizing project tasks along several
years, but I usually left using them because they were toooo
complicated and boring to use...
With MLO it's all simple, current tasks, groups, order... sync with my
pda...
I hope it will maintain its simplicity in the future.

I also tried synching to Toodledo - but I got lots of errors from MLO
when syncing with Outlook. After Outlook sync, the Toodledo sync
thought many tasks had been deleted. Then tasks I'd completed in one
place showed up again as not done with no evidence they had ever been
completed. I disabled the Toodledo sync because I rely on MLO.
