MLO version 3.5.5 Release Candidate has been released!

Hi All,

MLO v3.5.5 RC-1 Desktop and PPC released!

Please note that this is NOT a final version. Use it at your own risk.

The internal beta testing has been performed and no critical issues
were found. You can try this beta version if you would like to test/
review new functionality and provide your feedback before final
release. It is much easier to change functionality while MLO is in
beta so your feedback and findings are appreciated (please post it in
separated threads with clear subjects).
Please note that participation in MLO public beta review is voluntary.

How to upgrade MLO PocketPC:
========================
1) Sync to Desktop, backup your data file and activation code
2) Close MLO Windows Mobile Sync manager on desktop
3) Close MLO-PocketPC application on your device
4) Uninstall MLO-PocketPC on your device. Do not delete settings and
activation code when asked.
5) Cradle device
6) Run corresponding installer on your DESKTOP computer and follow the
instructions or copy a CAB on your device and run it.

How to upgrade MLO Desktop:
=======================
1) Close MLO and MLO Windows Mobile Sync manager on desktop
2) If you are using MLO-PocketPC you should upgrade it first.
3) Download desktop installation, run it and follow the instructions.
4) No uninstall needed.


How to use MLO Cloud Sync
=========================
I) Subscribe to MLO Cloud service
1. Go to this page:
https://sync.mylifeorganized.net/
2. Click "Buy it" and purchase subscription code.
If you want to evaluate the service before long subscription you can
buy 30-day code for just $2.95
3. Enter your email address, password and Subscription Code
4. Click Subscribe

II) Setup MLO-Desktop for MLO Cloud sync
1. Install the latest MLO-Desktop version 3.5.5-RC1 or later
2. Open your data file
3. Select File->Synchronization…
4. Click New…
5. Enter the Sync profile name (for example “Bob’s Cloud Sync”)
6. Click “MLO Cloud Sync Login…” and enter your MLO Cloud credentials.
CLick OK.
7. Click “Browse…” and select file on the Cloud you want to sync with
(for example “Default”)
8. Click OK to save your Sync Profile
9. Click Close to close Synchronization dialog
10. Click F9 (Tools->Synchronize) to sync your data to MLO Cloud

II). Sync your PocketPC device to MLO Cloud
1. Download and install the latest MLO-PocketPC version 3.5.5 or
later.
2. Open your data file.
IMPORTANT: if you have already synced your tasks to Cloud using MLO-
Desktop then create new empty file on PocketPC get your data from
Cloud and avoid duplications.
3. In MLO-PocketPC application select File->MLO Cloud Sync and click
Yes to configure sync.
4. Enter your MLO Cloud credentials
5. Click Refresh File list
6. Select a file on MLO Cloud to sync with.
7. Click OK
8. Select File->MLO Cloud Sync to perform sync with MLO Cloud.
