Feature request: Rapid Task Entry from parent task

The task entry dialog is really powerful. It's much easier than
filling out the fields separately, because it allows "train of
thought" style dumping of ideas.
I would like to be able to click a key combination on a parent task that would bring up the Rapid Task Entry Dialog with that task set as the parent (like Alt-Ins), *without* it changing the default parent for the next use. This is because I have two "modes" of task entry - one is dumping something I think of into my inbox (Collect), and the other is breaking down a project into it's component parts (Process). I rarely do them at the same time so indentation doesn't solve this need.
