Parsing e-mail reminders. Possible?

Currently there is a way to parse a reminder. Is there a way to parse
one via e-mail? Something like: Talk to jim ereminder/eremind/ermd
10:00 ma...@dot.com OR Talk to jim ereminder/eremind/ermd 10:00
No mail specified would mean it would send a mail to some default
address, specified in the options. That would be useful since I
usually have only one address (mine) to send reminders to.
If there is no option of e-mail reminder parsing, it would be very
nice to have one, since I'm finding myself using this more and more
and setting it by hand for EVERY to-do is simply too tedious.
