Yes we have such plans. We are developing MLO BlackBerry client now
with this in mind. We will just port Java code from BlackBerry to
Android.

Oooh, I'm so excited to hear this!  Andrey, I'm happy to be an alpha tester for you.  Or bribe you to write it earlier - I make a great flourless chocolate silk torte.... :)

In the meantime, I'm syncing to Outlook and syncing Outlook to Toodledo and using toodledo.com/slim - but the sync is unreliable and leaves a lot to be desired.

Yeay, you've made my morning!

Lisa

Having owned my Droid for a whole six days, I say, "Bring it on!" ASAP

Yes, I'm also wondering what the estimated timeframe for the release
of the Android version is. I just got my G1 and I'm really looking
forward to it!

I also tried synching to Toodledo - but I got lots of errors from MLO
when syncing with Outlook. After Outlook sync, the Toodledo sync
thought many tasks had been deleted. Then tasks I'd completed in one
place showed up again as not done with no evidence they had ever been
completed. I disabled the Toodledo sync because I rely on MLO.
Toodledo.com/slim didn't work very well either - picking a context
resulted in the previous context or no context at all being
displayed. That means I'm really looking forward to an Android
version.

If the blackberry and android clients will be java-based, does this
mean a version for symbian could also be released without too much
difficulty?

I've given up for similar reasons...too buggy.  And slow. I do have my Outlook sync/MLO working well, just not the Toodledo sync.
I'm going to try The Missing Sync for Android which will have task sync at some point in the future that should be pretty powerful.  But it's not there yet.

I'm not sure how Andrey tracks interest in feature requests, but I
want to add that I'm also interested in a Android app since I just got
an Android phone.
