hello dear members.
I've chosed mylife organized from list of 118 GTD programs (list is
here http://www.priacta.com/Articles/Comparison_of_GTD_Software.php)
according to "team cooperation" and "good outlook sync" criteria.
The shortlist consist also of Essential PIM but MLO wins :)

Currently noone replied to my suggestion at contact email on site and
since that, i'll publish it here.

First of all - some bugs (or features):

When i'm trying to make daily repeated task that consist of some
subtask and should be completed when all subtask accomplished i have
to do it with task - not folder for subtasks. I can't finish task
represented as folder even if i've completed all subtask - it still
hangs at uncompleted state. for instance i've created 3 subtask in
folder, assigned task as project, marked "complete task when all
subtask is done" and it hangs on 75% complete when i'm checking all
subtasks.

The second one is a feature request:

since i'm doing collaborative work, i'm syncing with my team via ftp
folder. also i'm syncing task with outlook in order to have all todo
in cellular. I would like to have checkboxes with each branch like "do
not sync/do not sync to outlook" or have ability to sync only task
with specified context (or excluding speciafied context). This can be
helpful if you are sync only public list (not to have 2 or 3) and to
sync to mobile only task assigned t you (i'm using context for that).

Thank you.

Do any of the 118 incorporate

Time tracking and timers ?
Contacts ?

Thanks - I'm doing the same, but do miss the above.

Yes, many of'em...
As i've mentioned after trying about 15 of them i left in shortlist
EPIM & MLO - they both supports contacts and EPIM even has a email
client built in. unfortunately EPIM duobled my outlook contacts (it
was my own dump fault but i felt bad about it) and has no remotesync
in ftp way - it offered sync via firebird database that was very slow
since it was syncing in realtime with remote. Except this they are
both fine.

also i've found very complicated achievePlanner - seems to be it's a
swiss army knife also. it has not only task hierarchy but also mission/
goal/vision relationships and... it was to complex.

not gocha you about timers... but i was not lookiung for'em.

I'm an MLO user. Thank you for the really useful listing Dmitry!

Thinking of switching to Nokia's N900 maemo platfoorm, and
unfortunately Andrey and his team will not develop for that platform,
so I'm looking into alternatives.
