Feature Request:the same file type for the PC and WindowsMobile versions

Sorry, was not able to make a "respond" in the correspondet theme.
Please consider this as another one vote for "the same file type for
the PC and WindowsMobile versions"

I'm not using ActiveSync and not able to use it but I do need PPC-PC
sync!

Hope this will be done at least.
I'm not using Windows at home and I do not want to install activesync
at workplace.
The same stucture for both PPC and PC mlo's will be fanstastic!

A1: Yes!

My guess is that you have the Action Filter set to "Active". The
"Active" Action Filter is designed to show only tasks that are
actionable right now. By definition, any task with a Start Date of
tomorrow or later is not yet actionable. If you change your Action
Filter "All", you will pick up those tasks with Start Dates for

never mind, after unplug it, replug it and resync, did is many many
times, and finally one of this time, it sync properly........the sync
is definitely unreliable.

I just downloaded MLO running on vista desktop , usb drive and
pocketpc (DELL Axim 5 running wm2003. I can syn the desktop with the
USB, howeer, when I synced the desktop using MLOWMSync, it sync with
my pocketpc (it copied the data file from desktop to pocketpc),
however, when I look at the data file on pocketpc, it showed no tasks,

Newbie Filtering Question

I'm migrating to MLO from Ecco.and generally liking it. I'm doing the
normal tweaking to 'make it mine'

I'm trying to create a view that shows soon-to-be upcoming tasks.
Which I define as having a start date or Due Date either past or in
the next 5 days.

If it's once a day, it's the update check.
At the moment it's possible to disable that through registry only, how-to was posted few times in the past (I don't have it handy I'm sorry).

My firewall often intercept an outgoing TCP connection to
66.96.143.160 by the MLO process.

If I got it right, jackjin is not looking for any advanced Gmail
integration, just that MLO doesn't support smtp servers requiring SSL.

I believe it might be possible to use MLO with Gmail, with help of
Stunnel [link].

Outlook file management question

My DH found an online app called Toodledo that looks promising as a
way to manage my tasks from a Verizon Droid. I would run an app that
would modify the online version of my tasks, and then a program on my
laptop to sync the online tasks into Outlook, and then MLO will grab
them / put them into Outlook.

Sync with Android 2.0 (through Outlook?)

The Verizon Droid just came out and it's soooo cool looking. But not
having a task management solution that integrates with MLO is a bit
of a showstopper for me. I'm willing to jump through hoops - sync
with Outlook then MLO; sync with Google that syncs with Outlook then
MLO...but haven't been able to find something. Any ideas?
