Download, run the installation and follow the instructions.
No uninstall needed.

How to upgrade MLO PocketPC:
-----------------------------------------------
1) Close MLO-PocketPC application on your device
2) Cradle device
3) Run mlo-ppc-setup.exe on your DESKTOP computer and follow the
instructions
