5:10 PM An application by Christine Napolitan for a special permit for a
229 sq ft fiberglass swimming pool needing setback relief on the north and
west bounds. Sections 8.5-4, 4.2-2D4 of Zoning Bylaws. Map 16; Lot 36; 14

Those of you who have been Sprint regulars please note this date. At least
4 of you will have to be there. More than likely it will be signing
another time extension.

5:30 PM Continuation from April 12 and May 3 and May 17, June 7, June 28,
and July 19 2012 of an application by Sprint Spectrum LP to modify a
Special Permit: Sprint currently has an existing wireless facility located
at 66 Old Courthouse Road, Map 22 Lot 7 and would like to make
modifications. Sprint proposes to remove and replace the three (3)
existing antennas located inside the existing stealth monopole and replace
three (3) new antennas and six (6) Remote Radio Heads (RRH). In order for
the proposed equipment to remain concealed, the existing 28” diameter
canister must be replaced with a 58” diameter canister. In addition,
Sprint also proposes to add one (1) additional equipment cabinet inside
Sprint’s existing equipment shelter located at ground level. Section 8.8-7.
