The meeting is tomorrow night - the agenda for 15 minute talks (with
agreed exemption from the last meeting) so far is:

According to Wikipedia a  tachyon has never been found thus making it slightly more difficult to talk about them :)

But that's because finding one would cause a paradox, so the universe
doesn't allow it to happen... :)

I did see a discussion somewhere suggesting that the problems with the
Large Hadron Collider, were just the universe retrospectively causing
accidents to prevent a paradox. It's better than being blown up by
time travelling robots, I guess...

Apologies for any offence caused, needless to say causing any was not my
intent.

I'm someone who is well aware of the many sensitive issues around women
+ minorities in IT in particular, and didn't mean to overstep the mark.
