Looks good, but the PDF file is about ten times larger than it need
be, due to image files being duplicated and at a high resolution.

Perhaps Wiki-HQ could make some changes to the book generating
software to remove duplicate images and allow a low resolution option
for on screen viewing. This would also speed up the page generation
and download process, as the server would not have to process as much
