Third post: Missing articles.

This ticket http://code.pediapress.com/wiki/ticket/454 talks about
missing articles.

Here is a possibly related issue.

The problem: Suppose pages A and B appear in the book definition:

; Book section
: A
: B

Suppose B is also transcluded into A: I would expect the page to
appear twice: Once as part of A, and once as required by the book
definition. However the page only appears once: It is only transcluded
into A, and doesn't appear as required by the book definition.

Example: http://www.ict4e.net/wiki/Collection/issue1

(It's possible to transclude B twice in A or in several chapters,
which works as expected. The problem only arises when B is included in
the book definition.)

I've appended this description to the above ticket, but perhaps it
needs to become a separate ticket.
