Matt, can you forward this on to the rest of the conference?

 

Due to the fact that the TTT and RR portion of the Ohio State races that take place on Saturday, March 24th are located about an hour and a half from Columbus, lodging arrangements will need to be made closer to that area for Friday night.  Lake Hope State Park (where the races will take place) offers many options for lodging.  There are numerous cottages and cabins at the park, and these should be looked into as far as booking is concerned as soon as possible.  Information can be found here: http://www.lakehopestatepark.com/Cabin%20Info.html.  The closest city with lodging is Nelsonville, OH, which is about 15 miles away from the start line of the race, so make sure you can get a reservation at the cottages to save yourself some time!
