Reminder for 2012 road season

MWCCC,

We are a little over 1 month away from the first race of the season at Lindsey Wilson. Just want to send a few reminders to everyone.

1. Please make sure that your team club license is renewed for 2012.

2. Please make sure that you have a valid collegiate license for 2012. You should not be able to do this if your club is not renewed so if you are not able to renew your collegiate license please have your club president, coach, etc. renew it ASAP.

3. Please make sure that your license has the correct category that you wish to race this season on it. I will not give you a race number for a category that is not listed on your license. If you wish to race A's this season and your license says B you will receive a B number, NO EXCEPTIONS. I will not listen to you give me a story while you hold up the line Saturday. I also will not give you a number without a license present. 

    A. Bring me the license, the authorization to ride, or show it to me on a smart phone. 

4. I am attaching a form that if you could fill out before hand and bring to the first race it will help with the registration process. Similar to the form that you filled out last year to get your race number.

I will be sending out another email closer to the start of the season since I know that many college students will forget about this before then. Please forward this to anyone that is not on the email list and bring up these items at your meetings please. Thanks and I hope to see many of you in about a month.
