Call for Formal Race Proposals

Good morning,

Hopefully everyone had a great holiday weekend. The deadline for Formal Proposals was November 23rd and as far as I can tell Andrew and I only received 4 or so proposals. I know there were more schools than that that applied to host races this spring. Please try to get these to us by this Friday. The sooner we get these the sooner we can construct a schedule and allow schools ample time to plan a budget this spring. Please let us know if you have any questions or if your school is dropping out of the running to host a race.
