to Princeton MVPA Toolbox for Matlab
Hi...
As we all know, there are lots of factors that yield various
classification results in fMRI classification experiments. We may
have, for instance: classification methods, feature selection,
balanced vs non balanced selectors, performance as 1 of n vs average
performance, inter vs intra subject prediction, confusion matrix,
split or merge conditions, few to several subjects used in the study,
etc.
Just wanna ask about the best way to present the results. I have
looked into many fMRI classification works plus other statistical
parametric based works, but, want to hear from you if you have some
idea, or you have looked into some paper that presents the results in
a nice fashion. I know that the presentation is (or might be)
constrained by the experiment nature and its objectives. In fact, my
most concern is using confusion matrix since it gives an indication of
what conditions were classified vs missed ones, and the many factors
yields many confusion matrices.
