Shouldn't' that be per second i.e. 1000 and not 2000?

I run the benchmark for the same amount of time that I divide by. I
don't think there is a mistake, but you never know. Do you have change
that you think would fix it? Basically TIME can be set to however many
milliseconds you want the benchmark to run -- or at least that is the
intention.
